Shipping/ Order Policy
How long will it take for me to receive my order (does not apply to pre-orders)?
The normal processing time for orders is no longer than 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States and Canada is 2-10 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
What do I do if my package is missing?
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file but you have not received it, please contact HAFTEY immediately and we will look into this matter for you. You can contact us directly using our "contact us" section found on the website.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
PLEASE NOTE
- A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Please allow 72 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
- International shipments are subject to custom clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
- All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency
- Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
- International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses
- When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order has been placed (delays may occur due to COVID -19). The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
- To track an order on www.haftey.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact HAFTEY using the "contact us" section found on the website to track your order.
- No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order but by setting up an account, you become a HAFTEY VIP Member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
- If you forget your password, simply click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your e-mail address- same one used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal.
- Yes, we run official giveaways on www.haftey.com and on HAFTEY social channels.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days. Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
Pre- Orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received. We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.
Taxes
To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.
